YOUTH PRO FLAG is the largest and longest-running Spring NFL FLAG program in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. For nine (9) years, our program has helped youth get started on the road to great fun, sportsmanship, competition, and learning. YPF is an incorporated, licensed and insured youth sports organization. We take extra steps to differentiate our program. This ensures a fun program for the entire family. We provide value-added programs that support development of your child's agility, fundamentals, skill, and technique.

NFL FLAG is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 5-17.

The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

Launched in 1996, the NFL FLAG Football program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

NFL FLAG gives youngsters the chance to be an official NFL player! Whether you're looking for a team or thinking about starting your own league, this website provides all the resources needed to get involved.

NFL FLAG Football is a popular five-on-five game filled with fun and action. In this game, the offensive team plays for a first down at midfield and a touchdown in the end zone. Running and passing plays are allowed, although there are "no-running zones" at midfield and near each goal line. The defensive team covers receivers, rushes the passer and grabs flags to make "tackles."  Please note that while the rules may be adopted to suit your local needs, they must remain non-contact.

One of the most exciting aspects of the program is the equipment...NFL team identified! With your NFL Flag registration, you will receive the following:
